The process I’m about to share has evolved over time. It started out very very simple and has slowly developed with time – in fact it continues to develop as I learn more and by no means is where I want to take it… yet.

We used to send out our email marketing newsletters and offers with our logo and a banner at the top. After Eric Groves' great lecture on email deliverability, I've changed a few things to try and increase the number of views not least of which is removing the jpeg banner and replacing it with html.
