The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing go-to market strategies and programs designed to create demand and further enhance the Bullhorn brand as the most powerful in the On Demand Staffing and Recruiting Software market.
Responsible for collaborating with the Vice President of Marketing in the planning, development, and execution of go-to-market strategies and programs, involving Internet marketing, viral marketing, public relations and advertising
Develop creative strategies and ideas that clearly differentiate Bullhorn as part of Bullhorn’s go-to-market programs.
Lead the implementation of strategic, creative Internet and viral marketing campaigns to drive traffic to Bullhorn’s Web site and drive lead conversions.
Develop and execute public and print and online advertising campaigns that promote the Bullhorn brand across Bullhorn’s critical market segments.
Play a lead role in extending Bullhorn’s brand across all key target markets and recommend and develop new strategies and tactics to measurably increase brand visibility.
Collaborate and work directly with the marketing team, sales and business development to execute programs.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 5+ years experience in the field of Marketing.
Software experience strongly preferred.
Must have solid experience in developing go-to-market strategies leveraging Internet marketing with a solid marketing communications background.
Must have a proven track record in developing creative strategies and ideas that impact the marketplace, with viral marketing a plus.
Must have strong familiarity in creating demand generation.
Must be a hands-on manager with the ability to develop and implement a variety of content to support marketing programs.
Ability to work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales and business development a must.
Proven track record within a start-up environment preferred.
Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent software-related skills, specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
