Inbound Marketing University

I come to you, my fellow IMU friends in hopes that you can help me solve this huge issue I am having, and it seems others are having, with Technorati.  

I have a blog that I have been trying to get Technorati to claim for sometime now.  You may remember the blog about "Which Blog Software to Use" that I wrote.  I was about to abandon the blog I currently use that is part of the CMS that we use until I realized that it wasn't just my software, as I originally thought, but others were having similar issues.

Is there a trick to getting your blog claimed by Technorati?  I receive my token and I go put it in my sites blog but it never seems to find it as it gives me an error saying so.  I have submitted my issue to Technorati along with others and there seems to be no response.  So needless to say I am not part of the Technorati crowd and would really love to join in.  

Did any of you have any issues with this process?

If not, which software are you using?

Or if so, what did you do to fix it?

I have submitted my issue to Technorati but from the looks of it, they are very slow to respond to their forum questions so I thought I would come to the experts!
