When trying to playback the original sessions, the Quicktime symbol "greys" out and a question mark appears. None of the sessions will play. I've checked my computer, and quicktime is installed and up-to-date. Any suggestions?
My issue never got resolved. I took the next test without being able to review any of the recorded presentations. Fortunately, I passed so I don't have to worry about this any more. By the way, my set-up was the same as yours.
I am downloading the classes. For some reason, I have to register each time I download a new class, even though I have a username & password for the site. I would think one download request would be sufficient for the series. Have you found the same thing?
this is so exciting and

Diane,
Can you tell us what operating system and browser you're using (and their versions).
Thanks,

Rick, I am having the same issues that Diane did. Running IE 8.0 on Windows XP. Quicktime is up to date. Were you able to find a resolution? Thanks.
