Questions on facebook business

hello, everyone. my name is Susan and im here to ask you 2 questions. Hope you guys could help me out : )
hmm...
the first question is: after my creating a page on facebook and posting an ad, how can i enlarge the times of interaction? coz you know, less than seven days the ad gives us a 47-kick and 24 fans, but no interaction.....that's not cool...so how to deal with it?
and the second question is: is there any software or application which could help me to log in several IDs of facebook on only one pc? if yes, is it free? and pls just tell me the name of software or application, and thanks sooooo much!

The best way to increase interactions is to add engaging content to your page - either via a Wall update or photos, videos, etc. The great thing about doing this is that your content will go out into the news feeds of your fans, which will encourage them to come back.
This is yet another advantage of Pages over Groups. In almost all cases, I would recommend setting up a Page over a Group for a business. Pages have much more functionality, visibility, and analytics that are made for businesses. As for your second question, why would you want to log in with multiple Facebook accounts? If you're managing a Page, you can do so from your personal account if you set yourself as an admin for your Page. You shouldn't have multiple personal accounts, as this is against Facebook's terms of use and they can shut down duplicate accounts if they find out.

dear Ellie, you know i've been tring keeping my wall, my photos and my notes updating, even using some coupon plan, although all of which ends in failure....
after seeing the suggestions you've given me, i'll try to use some videos and some more attractive topics.
hmm, abt my second question, i meant to use some nobody to make the page interactive...i just hope ppl could come frequently to chat, talk and air their opinion...thats why i want such a software or application.

For a small business I would advize you to concentrate on Facebook Group rather then Facebook Page. If group has fewer then 5 000 members, you can send private message to all of the members in just one click. Group also has message board so interaction is much stronger within groups.
People rarely visit a page or group they once joined. That's why they need to be motivated to interact. I'm doing this for some of our clients so this is experience speaking :) You can create an interesting topic on your group's message board with a clear call to action (question would be nice) to improve interaction. You then message all of the members with link to the topic on group's message board and ask them for their opinion. It works like a charm ;)

i havent tried a group for business on facebook. but considering my ads have been posting on facebook and some other webs, i'll still try to perfect the page, then i may switch to a group.
