The quiz vendor that we use requires "loading of users" -- We pay PER user, so that means we need to get a list of folks, upload, and allow access. -- Also, we need to cut off exam registration in order to certify everyone in batches, send results and update profiles. Unfortunately, the processes are not connected whatsoever.
For now, it's the best we can do without spending a lot of money and time on a total new system. Baby steps to perfection.
I am trying to gather the pieces here. There was a cut off date for registration....then I have missed the registration date too!
So this exam is not an 'on-demand' type of exam where we can give once we are ready after the study of the material?
It would be really useful to have an exam model that is of the nature of 'on-demand' so that students once they are through with the study material, can appear for exam.
