Hello, I can't view the webinars . they are just blurred pictures. ... Audio comes in fine and I can successfully see and follow the pdf's .  What's wrong?
 
Will I need to be able to have video capabiility to take the exam? Please advise
 
(BTW-  I had no problem during the live broadcast... hmmm).
