Trouble Logging In?

A small subset of InboundMarketing.com users are reporting problems creating new accounts and/or logging into existing accounts.

We're working to solve these problems. In the meantime, here are work-arounds that help:

 

If You're a HubSpot Customer

Login using the email associated with your HubSpot account as your username, and the password for your HubSpot account.

 

If You're Not a HubSpot Customer

(1) Create a new account with a different email address
(2) In this new account, use a spelling of your first and last name combination that's different from the one in the account you've
already created, eg, in my case First Name: R Last Name: Burnes

 

 

How to fix exam login

When we created the exam, we inported all of the email address of the IMU registrants. Only those who registered for IMU prior to June 21st have access to the exam.

Issues could be:

1) There was a typo in your email when you originally signed up for IMU, so I have an incorrect email on file.

2) You are logging in using a different email than the one you originally used to register

3) You signed up for IMU after June 21st (thus, you wouldn't be on my list.)

 

If none of those three things are possible, you can email me at university@inboundmarketing.com with the email that should be on my list, and I will try to work it out.

I am still having issues logging in.  Essentially, everytime I visit this site, I have to request that a new password be emailed to me.

It's not a huge deal to work around the issue, but probably something that does need to be addressed soon.

Hi Rick,

I've been trying to log into the exam area and tried all combinations of emails and my hubspot username and password to no avail. 

The only thing I didn't try is to create a new account

Please let me know what I need to do in order to log in to take the exam
