Three steps to getting found?

I see that this is included on the study guide but I am not sure what they are asking for.?

Are there three specific steps they will ask for on the exam? If so, does anyone know where that was covered? Just watched session #2 as well as looked at the slide deck again and I am not finding anything.???

Any ideas?

The 3 steps to getting found are:

1. Create: - create an interesting, content rich site through the use of blogs, articles, forums, downloadables, etc.

2. Optimize: - on page and off page SEO using keywords in content, meta, alt tags, and inbound links among other tools

3. Promote: - drive traffic with social media, web address on all non web material, joining communities and participating and RSS.
