Do you hire someone to design the site for you or did you do it yourself?

I agree with Pamela that the website grader tool will help you analyze the site and see what you can do better from an SEO standpoint.

I have some design comments for you: Why did you choose black and orange? Are you a Princeton Tiger? (j/k)

Seriously though, when I went into your photo gallery there was a color change and it didn't even seem like the same site.

Next, you have some of the same menu tab running across versus down. why the repetition.

I clicked on Specials and you're running a special from November. Is that done for a reason?

What keywords are you targeting?

Have you graded your website

Have you graded your website via Website Grader (http://website.grader.com) yet?  It's free, and you'll get a ton of instant feedback about how to improve your site from an SEO and inbound marketing standpoint.

i didnt design that, but i added a few extras to that. i dont now why the previus designer used black and orange... no idea! but i'm planning to redesign the site sometime this week. i have used the website grade and i've brought the site up from 46 to 87 since i started working on it (http://websitegrader.com/site/www.mountainviewcyprus.com). but there are certain things i can't change about the site, such as the domain name or inclusion in Yahoo! directoy, but after redesign, i hope to take it higher.

i would also put up a new photo gallery. also, i cant put a conversion form for signup or subscription as the client's server doesnt even have php. so we have to get a new host or upgrade. in the new design, i will clean the site up... graphics, links, html codes... everything.

but right now, i want to know if there's anything you guys see "wrong" with the site that might affect its ranking on search engines. for example, bing.com has the pages indexed but dont seem to be on the first 100page for my selected key words.

my keywords are "north cyprus hotels", "north cyprus holidays", "hotels in cyprus", "hotels in kyrenia", "hotels in north cyprus" and similar alterations.

help... comment... advise... critisize!

I don't know if this helps with SEO, but I added my business to google's local business center and even asked my clients to review me on LinkedIn or Yelp, for example, to get additional links on google.

http://njretoday.com/2009/11/googles-local-business-center-are-you-on-the-map/ i added a video on my blog to show other real estate agent how to add themselves or try http://www.google.com/lbc

Maybe add a blog with client testimonials. I definitely agree with lead capture pages.
