All businesses want to get a return on their marketing. However, measurable results from a social media strategy may or may not look the same as they do in other channels. And, they may or may not happen quickly. While there are many big brand examples of successful social media marketing there are also examples of smaller, unknown brands. I call these results in motion because they are a work in progress. Remember, social media is still new!
