Hi.
I follow your newsletters and twitter.
Have an off topic question. How do you get all those links to a facebook, twitter, blog, web site, etc and a choice to get your newsletter?
Did you hire someone or is there any easy way to do it?

Did you mean how to implement the buttons for submitting articles to these social networks?
If you use any popular CMS (content management system), there are easy solutions (plugins or modules) that will ad this to your articles.
Wordpress for example has a great plugin called Sociable that allows you to choose which of these social network icons you wish to display easily from your admin panel.
As for the newsletter, one of the coolest things you can do is make your RSS go through Feedburner (Google's service) and take a snipet of code from them that allows your visitors to subscribe to new posts via e-mail. Everything works automatically for you!
